Shipping rates are a carrier based rate - meaning based on weight, dimensions and location **please note I do not control any carrier rate increases.

Packages are shipped via Canada Post - within 1 week of purchase - Custom orders are the exception and are based on scheduling and to be determined at point of sale and order. 

Please note, in an effort to reduce waste and impacts on the environment, I pack orders in gently used boxes when possible. This in no way impacts the quality of the contents.

**Please note, I am not responsible for any extra charges (taxes, import fees. etc.) when delivering outside of Canada.  Once your order has left my studio it is in the hands of the carrier and no longer the responsibility of Rooted Woven Art.
