Refund policy
Based on the nature and delicacy of Woven Art work and / or Hand Spun Art Yarn, and the time that goes into each piece returns and refunds are not accepted. I will however cancel and refund a shipment prior to it shipping out of my studio, so contact me immediately or within a few hours of purchase. Once the item has left my studio however it is in the hands of the courier and no longer the responsibility of Rooted Woven Art

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
